Consideration and Possible Action of Resolution No. R2026-07-010

A Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Nogales, Arizona, Authorizing the Submission of an Application to the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) for Approximately $440,000 in FY2026 Regional Account (RA) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds for Eligible Park Improvements; Authorizing City Staff to Identify and Prioritize the Park or Parks to Be Improved; Certifying That the Application Meets the City’s Community Development Needs and the Requirements of the State CDBG Program; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Application, Grant Agreement, and Related Documents; and Authorizing All Actions Necessary to Implement and Complete the Project.
